Amazing oceanfront views from the room. The pool felt overcrowded and wasn’t the cleanest during our stay. Friendly staff made it a pleasant getaway. Breakfast had decent options but could get crowded.

The location is undeniably perfect, steps away from the beach. The spacious room offered a beautiful view, but unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. The cleanliness left much to be desired—dust, grime, and hair were visible throughout. the staff was friendly yet lacking in transparency, especially regarding billing. A broken pool with debris and persistent leaks detracted from what could have been a great experience. Breakfast had potential but came with bizarre staff scrutiny. For the price, expectations were high. This establishment needs urgent improvements to match its advertised quality. The potential is there, but without significant upgrades, I cannot recommend it as a reliable option.

The beach is just a few steps away, and there's plenty of restaurants an shops around. Breakfast is included and there's a waffle machine that the kids really loved!
It was a bit pricey, but worth it for the convenience.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find myself just steps away from the stunning Virginia Beach Oceanfront, allowing me to explore the boardwalk, which is only a quick 500 meters away, and enjoy the beautiful beach activities nearby. The area was teeming with fantastic dining options, with Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt just 50 meters away and delightful seafood restaurants within a short stroll, making it convenient to indulge in local flavors after a day of walking and discovering landmarks like the Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art, located just over 1.5 km away. The hotel itself featured clean facilities and friendly staff, and while breakfast was a bit crowded, it provided a solid start to the day with a decent variety of hot and cold options, but a little more variety in the breakfast menu could enhance the experience.

The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with stunning views from our private balcony. the hotel feels stuck in time—worn carpets and outdated decor are far from appealing. Breakfast left much to be desired, especially those powdered eggs. We faced issues with parking due to a marathon, and misinformation led to an unpleasant car retrieval experience. Housekeeping and front desk staff weren't exactly welcoming. The pool also felt neglected, and cleanliness was questionable. While great rates made it tempting, the stay left us yearning for better overall maintenance and service.

The room provided a stunning view of the ocean, and the balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy it. The beds were very comfortable, but the pull-out sofa mattress was worn and dirty, needing replacement. Temperature control was acceptable, yet the air conditioning leaked and caused inconvenience. Although the bathroom lighting was dim, the hot water took several minutes to run, which was frustrating. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, with remnants from previous guests found. Staff were friendly and helpful, yet management might improve communication regarding specific room needs. Parking was tight, especially for larger vehicles.

One thing we appreciated was the convenient location, which was perfect for our needs. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. there were a few areas that could use some improvement. The pool area could benefit from being a bit larger or having an additional pool option to accommodate the number of guests staying at the hotel. A hot tub would have been a nice addition as well. Parking was another issue we faced, as the garage was very tight for larger vehicles like our Chevy Suburban. This made it challenging to maneuver and limited our ability to explore the area comfortably. In terms of cleanliness, we found some areas lacking. Our room had a sticky floor that seemed like it needed a thorough cleaning. there were some maintenance issues such as a wobbly faucet and a broken remote that required attention from the staff.

Had a blast with my crew hitting up the beach for some sick waves and then shredding the golf course with epic shots and crazy putts. The location was prime for our young vibe, close to both spots for max fun!
Wish they had a cool rooftop bar for us to chill and party after our beach and golf adventures.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our trip. The beachfront views were stunning, and the parking garage was convenient. However, the inside pool needed maintenance, and the breakfast experience was less than desirable. It would have been nice to have a more thorough cleaning of the rooms, especially the shower and microwave area. Despite the drawbacks, the service desk staff were pleasant, and the hotel made efforts to keep the hallways clean. I'll recommend this hotel.

Room discrepancies threw us off, given noisy heating and toilet issues. The dirty pool affected swim plans for my kids.

Our family had an amazing time at the lush public golf course, playing amidst stunning greens under the bright sun. The kids loved chasing after golf balls in the sand traps, while my wife and I soaked in the serene atmosphere.
My wife says that the hotel should provide more towels for families with children.

great view, great beds, and a good amount of room. the free breakfast was a big hit with my kids, and the staff, especially Parris, was wonderful and prompt. the location is excellent, right on the beach, with lots of great shops around. the newly updated dividers and bathrooms looked great.

my experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities like the pool and changing area were well-maintained.
It was difficult to navigate, and it caused some damage to my vehicle. This was a major inconvenience and something that would make me think twice about returning.
